Taylor Swift's new album Speak Now has sold 1,047,000 copies in its first week, according to Nielsen SoundScan. It's the biggest first-week sales for an album since 50 Cent's The Massacre, which moved 1,141,000 copies in March of 2005. Since SoundScan began tracking data in 1991, only 16 albums have sold more than a million albums in their debut week; 'NSync holds the record with 2,416,000 copies sold of No Strings Attached in 2000.
